رولا منصور هي المؤسسة والمديرة التعليمية لشركة أسكتيوتر ، وهي وكالة تعليمية كندية متخصصة في تقديم إرشاد تعليمي معتمد وقائم على النتائج. بفضل خبرتها التي تمتد لأكثر من 15 عاماً في هذا المجال،  وحصولها على دبلوم تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية من الكلية الكندية للمعلمين ، بنت رولا مسيرتها المهنية على فلسفة تؤمن بأن التعليم يجب أن يكون فردياً، وشفافاً، ومتاحاً للجميع.

تحت قيادتها الاستراتيجية، تطورت المؤسسة من قصة نجاح محلية في مدينة ميلتون بمقاطعة أونتاريو إلى مؤسسة ذات نطاق عمل أوسع بكثير. واليوم، تتولى رولا إدارة فرق تدريس احترافية تدعم الطلاب في مختلف المناهج الدولية داخل كندا وخارجها.

وبالإضافة إلى دورها كمديرة إدارية، تعمل رولا كمستشارة أكاديمية استراتيجية؛ حيث تعقد جلسات توجيهية للطلاب وعائلاتهم لمساعدتهم في التخطيط الجامعي طويل الأمد وفهم تعقيدات عملية التقديم. ومن خلال ملء الفجوة بين الأداء الأكاديمي الحالي والأهداف المهنية المستقبلية، تضمن رولا تهيئة الطلاب للالتحاق بأرقى المؤسسات التعليمية الكندية.

Roula Mansour is the Founder and Educational Director of ASKTUTORS INC., a Canadian educational agency specializing in certified, results-driven mentorship. With over 15 years of experience in the field—including a TESL Diploma from the Canadian College of Educators—Roula has built her career on the philosophy that education must be individualized, transparent, and accessible.

Under her strategic leadership, ASKTUTORS has expanded from a local success in Milton, Ontario, into a much larger operation. Today, she manages professional teaching teams supporting students across diverse international curricula in Canada and internationally.

Beyond her role as a managing director, Roula serves as a Strategic Academic Advisor. She conducts guidance sessions for students and families, helping them navigate long-term university planning and the complexities of the application process. By bridging the gap between current academic performance and future career goals, she ensures students are positioned for entry into top-tier Canadian institutions.
