Silaa is a professional network dedicated to empowering Syrian women professionals through mentorship, networking, and career development opportunities.
Our Network is powered by Ruba’s Circle Social Enterprise, however, it has its governance and policies and code of conduct. Our goal is to strengthen the network core and to become a completely self managed by its own members. Fees are handled for now by Ruba’s Circle treasury until the Network establishes its own treasury.

Interested individuals can apply by completing the membership application form, which will be reviewed by the Silaa Membership Committee.

Yes, membership fees are determined annually. A sliding scale may be available for individuals facing financial hardship.
