Membership
Membership in the Professional Women Network (Silaa) is open to all professional women, business owners, entrepreneurs, consultants, activists, artists, and decision-makers .
SILAA offers two membership tiers to support Syrian women entrepreneurs.
Courtesy Membership is free and includes a profile in the SILAA Directory, access to mentors, promotional support, trusted resources, and free trainings and webinars.
Professional Membership builds on the Courtesy plan with added benefits like dedicated mentorship, a free consultation with a SILAA leader, discounts on events, and expanded promotional opportunities.

Silaa is a professional network dedicated to empowering Syrian women professionals through mentorship, networking, and career development opportunities.

Our Network is powered by Ruba’s Circle Social Enterprise, however, it has its governance and policies and code of conduct. Our goal is to strengthen the network core and to become a completely self managed by its own members. Fees are handled for now by Ruba’s Circle treasury until the Network establishes its own treasury.
