Samia is the founder of Sinnaraty, a women-led handicrafts initiative dedicated to preserving Syrian heritage while uplifting local women artisans. Through handmade crochet pieces and traditional crafts, she celebrates Syrian women’s artistry and resilience—turning creativity into opportunity.
Samia holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from the University of the People. She works as a freelance social media buyer, combining technical expertise with strategic marketing skills.
Beyond her professional work, Samia has volunteered with organizations such as Rahma Worldwide and actively supports causes related to people with physical disabilities. Despite the challenges Syria continues to face, she has transformed her IT knowledge into a force for entrepreneurship, creativity, and social impact.
About Sinnaraty
Sinnaraty – Women’s Group for Handicrafts is Samia’s passion project and social enterprise. Based in Damascus, the group highlights Syrian heritage through crochet and traditional handmade items, shared through social media platforms and public exhibitions.
Sinnaraty regularly participates in events such as the Damascus International Fair, creating visibility for women artisans, strengthening economic independence, and connecting local craftsmanship to broader markets.
Through Sinnaraty, Samia commissions and promotes Cilician heritage crafts, weaving stories of joy, identity, and empowerment that travel beyond borders. Her work aligns with Syria’s broader SME recovery efforts, proving that small, women-led businesses can spark hope and resilience—even in the most challenging times.

المهندسة ورائدة الأعمال الملهمة التي تجمع في مسيرتها بين التكنولوجيا، الإبداع، وتمكين المجتمع.
سامية هي مؤسسة سِنّارتي، مبادرة نسائية للحِرَف اليدوية تهدف إلى إبراز التراث السوري وتمكين النساء الحرفيات. من خلال قطع الكروشيه والأعمال التقليدية المصنوعة يدويًا، تحتفي سامية بإبداع المرأة السورية وصمودها، وتحول الشغف الفني إلى فرص اقتصادية حقيقية.
تحمل سامية شهادة في الهندسة الإلكترونية وماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة الشعب، وتعمل إعلانات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل مستقل.
إلى جانب عملها المهني، شاركت سامية في العمل التطوعي مع منظمات مثل رحمة العالمية ودعمت قضايا الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الجسدية. وفي ظل الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها سوريا، سخّرت خبرتها في تقنية المعلومات لتأسيس مشاريع ريادية تجمع بين الفن، الريادة، والأثر المجتمعي.

سِنّارتي – مجموعة نسائية للحِرَف اليدوية هي المشروع الريادي الذي أسسته سامية، ويهدف إلى إبراز الهوية والتراث السوري من خلال الكروشيه والأعمال التقليدية الأخرى.
تنشط المجموعة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل إنستغرام وفيسبوك، وتشارك في فعاليات ومعارض مختلفة، من بينها معرض دمشق الدولي، بهدف دعم إبداع النساء، تعزيز الاستقلال الاقتصادي، وربط الحرفيات بأسواق أوسع.
من خلال سِنّارتي، تعمل سامية على إحياء الحِرَف التراثية ونسج قصص من الفرح والتمكين تتجاوز الحدود. ويأتي هذا العمل متناغمًا مع جهود تعافي المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في سوريا، ليشكّل نموذجًا للأمل والصمود عبر المبادرات النسائية الصغيرة.
